Concept

In such uncertain times, we all may feel a little (a lot?) lost, and out of whack at times. Regular exercise relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better, and boosts your overall mood, It can also have a profoundly positive impact on depression, anxiety, and mental health challenges.

You don’t have to be a fitness fanatic to reap the benefits. Research indicates that even modest amounts of exercise can make a real difference.

Visual Identity

Visually indicating the most important product categories of Fitness First. Signature lifting platforms and red illumination over the free weights area. With this campaign, we want to break the bias, prove that women can practice boxing and men find relief during yoga class. We're using old-school grain on top of the high res image that connects modern fitness trends with 30 years of experience.
